I ended up putting a bid in on a short sale, and let me tell you, there is nothing short about it. It took about 6 months to close, going back and forth with the bank and the seller’s broker. Though it was frustrating to say the least, Alexi was patient with me. I was going to offer more money just to get the bank to accept my offer, but Alexi suggested against that which was a good move in the end. If you want a broker who listens to you, gives you what you want, and walk you through all the paperwork Alexi is your guy.
